+ Where is Willow located?
We are based at 8C Crohill Road, Newry. Co Down. You can view our dresses by appointment only. We open when it suits your schedule.
+ How long can I borrow a dress for?
Dresses can be hired on a 4 nightly basis however this can be extended at an additional cost to the customer if required. If you wish to hire a dress for a longer period, this can be agreed at an additional cost of £20 for up to 7 nights. However, if this happens without contact or prior warning an additional daily cost of £5 will apply. Please bear in mind that someone else may be waiting on the dress.
+ Can I try on the dresses before I order?
We strongly recommend that you visit us at our show room to try on the dresses before ordering a dress.

+ What sizes of dress are available?
We carry sizes 6-14.
+ How many dresses can be borrowed at the same time?
Multiple dresses can be borrowed at the same time and for each additional dress borrowed a 20% discount will be offered however the £40 deposit fee will remain the same for each dress.
+ How much does it cost to hire a dress?
Our dress collection ranges from £40-£100 per hire. This price also includes the dry cleaning of the dress when it is returned to us. Please do not organise your own dry cleaning.
+ What happens if I damage the dress?
All minor damages and basic wear and tear is included in the hire price however excessive damage or irremovable staining will incur additional cost. If irreversible damage is done, you must pay the full retail price of the dress which is listed online or on our price list at our showroom. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
+ Do you deliver the dresses?
At the minute we don’t deliver but this is something we will look into.
+ How do I contact Willow?
You can email email@example.com or call us on 0787 8877817. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
+ How do I return the dress?
You can drop the dress back to our show room on the agreed date or you can organise a courier also however you will remain responsible for the dress until it arrives back into our showroom.
+ Refund of deposit
Once we confirm on return of the dress that there has been no permanent damage done to the dress, we will process your refund within 3 working days of confirmation.
+ How do I pay for my order?
You can pay using your credit/debit card or if you prefer we can take cash at our showroom also. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.
+ Will my personal information be shared with any third parties?
Please be assured that your personal information is always kept private and confidential and we do not share your details with any third parties at any time.
